MgO掺杂LDPE纳米复合直流电缆料的制备与性能

  高压直流电缆在电力输运中绝缘层容易发生空间电荷注入、积聚,从而加速了材料的老化,导致绝缘失效。如何抑制空间积聚已成为制备高性能直流电缆的技术瓶颈之一。纳米复合材料的出现,有效地提高了绝缘材料的电气性能,且纳米颗粒掺杂低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)已被证实可以有效抑制电缆绝缘层的空间电荷积聚。但是,纳米材料的分散技术和界面修饰程度极大地影响了纳米改性LDPE的绝缘电气性能。
