A brand-new simulation method for the intelligent contactor was proposed in this paper.The simulation method integrates spice simulation of the circuit with dynamic simulation of the contactor.Also the intelligent control strategy has been incorporated into the dynamic simulation.It realized the closed-loop point-by-point co-simulation between the intelligent control module and the contactor.Taking the intelligent AC contactor as a simulation object, this paper analyzed the dynamic inductance, PWM control mode as well as closed-loop control strategy for the velocity of the moving core without the velocity sensor.The co-simulation has been verified to be an effective simulation method.
