<正>慢性糜烂性胃炎是消化系统常见病,多发病,临床主要表现为上腹部不适,无规性隐痛、饱胀、嗳气、反酸、烧心、恶心呕吐等,部分患者亦可缺乏特异性症状与体征,主要靠胃镜和病理检测确诊。西药虽治疗方便,见效快,但停用药后,易反复发作。且长期服用,不良反应增多,患者依从性差。自2011年7月～2012年11月我们运用自拟的健脾清胃汤治疗慢性糜烂胃炎38例,疗效满意,报道如下。
