以ZrB2和SiC超细粉体为主要原料，经热压烧结和线切割加工制成ZrB2-SiC复合陶瓷发热元件，利用XRD及SEM分析了该复合陶瓷的微观结构。通过不同高温实验考察了发热元件分别在氩气、空气和氮气气氛下的表面侵蚀程度与温度的关系并确定其对应的临界温度。
