On July 1st, 2009, the standing committee of the State Council discussed and approved in principle the "Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt Development Plan", taking it into the countrys overall development strategy.As the latest national strategy of coastal areas development, with good natural resources, industrial infrastructure and regional conditions, we should learn from the experience of other coastal developments and integrate a variety of regional economic theories as a guide in order to accelerate the development of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt.
