目的：探讨近6年期间于河北医科大学第三医院就诊的后踝骨折患者的流行病学特征方法：回顾性分析2009年1月至2014年12月于河北医科大学第三医院诊治的后踝骨折患者的资料，统计其性别、年龄、致伤原因、损伤部位、合并损伤等数据，并进行分析，总结出后踝骨折的流行病学特征.结果：共调查后踝骨折患者956例，共965侧骨折.具有如下特点：男性多于女性，高发年龄男性为31 ～ 50岁，女性为51 ～ 60岁；
