超声介导适配体门控靶向介孔二氧化硅纳米粒的药物释放

  目的 制备一种适配体门控的介孔二氧化硅纳米粒,观察其体外靶向效果及超声触发药物释放效果.方法 采用碳二亚胺法连接适配体来制备适配体门控的靶向纳米粒.并检测其理化性质及超声显影.装载荧光素于纳米粒内,体外运用低强度聚焦超声(LIFU)仪辐照后,观察其释放效果.结果 所制备的样品为适配体门控的介孔二氧化硅纳米粒,球形,平均粒径为(513.4± 0.557)nm;LIFU辐照后可观察到明显的荧光素释放增强.结论 成功制备适配体门控的介孔二氧化硅纳米粒,体外经LIFU仪器辐照后明显增强药物释放效果.
