汽车发动机舱热管理的CFD分析需要对整车包含发动机舱内的众多零部件进行复杂的网格处理,而现有的工作流程主要依赖手工方式进行,工作量巨大,因此迫切需要一种自动化流程来实现.本文以我司某车型为例,利用Fluent Meshing的自动化网格流程来完成表面网格处理和体网格生成,将原本需要1~2个月的网格处理工作缩短到1周之内完成,且人工干预工作大大减少,大幅提升了仿真工作的效率.该自动化网格流程内嵌最佳网格实践,同时也可根据我司不同车型几何质量及管理规范进行二次封装以适应多种车型(或改款)的自动高效建模需求.通过这套建模流程可以获得高质量体网格,模型计算结果(热态工况)与实验结果吻合较好.
