The northern areas of Pakistan are blessed with natural resources including livestock as a major source of income for the local residents.To investigate keeping trends and basis of preference for different sheep breeds,150 pastoralist flocks in Kaghan Valley of Mansehra and Haripur Districts were included in the study during summer and winter,respectively.
