Background Atopic dermatitis is a prevalent dermatologic disease among children.Corticosteroid is one of the important treatment but its serious side effects really concern patients.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is one of the favorable adjuvant therapy in Taiwan.The aim of this study is to examine the hypothesis that use of TCM is beneficial in reducing use of corticosteroid among atopic dermatitis children.
