：
目的:分析泌尿科优质护理服务工作质量问题,领悟优质护理服务内涵,不断提高优质护理服务质量.方法:小结已做到的有效优质护理服务工作,通过护士长查房发现事例,分析护理工作现象,换位思考,感受患者的不适和对护理服务的需求,思考优质护理服务工作质量存在的问题.结果:分析出护士在工作中存在机械麻痹、方法简单问题,在责任心、体会患者感受方面存在薄弱点,不能把自己放在做患者的家人或贴心人的位置上,没有充分领悟优

目的:分析泌尿科优质护理服务工作质量问题,领悟优质护理服务内涵,不断提高优质护理服务质量.方法:小结已做到的有效优质护理服务工作,通过护士长查房发现事例,分析护理工作现象,换位思考,感受患者的不适和对护理服务的需求,思考优质护理服务工作质量存在的问题.结果:分析出护士在工作中存在机械麻痹、方法简单问题,在责任心、体会患者感受方面存在薄弱点,不能把自己放在做患者的家人或贴心人的位置上,没有充分领悟优质护理服务的内涵,不能以体贴的优质服务感动患者,影响患者对护士的信赖和满意度.结论:优质护理服务工作需要大家的努力,需要制度的监督,改进工作方法和技巧,用心工作,用爱工作,加强责任心,才能使护理工作升华到新的高度,才能把优质护理服务的内涵体现出来,使患者满意.
