Introduction: Erectile dysfunction (ED) continues to be a significant problem for men following radical prostatectomy.Aim: To test the hypothesis that intracavernous injection of BDNF-hyper secreting human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells (hUCB-MSCs) can ameliorate ED in a rat model of cavernous nerve electrocautery injury (CNEI).
