目的:建立测定保健食品中酸枣仁皂苷A和B的高效液相含量测定方法。 方法:色谱柱Agilent zorbax C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),柱温25℃;流动相0.5%冰醋酸-甲醇(32:68),流速1.0 mL·min-1;蒸发光散射检测器,飘移管温度105℃氮气流速2.4L/min。 结果:酸枣仁皂苷A和B的线性范围分别为4.37~39.2μg和4.25~38.6μg;加样回收率(n=5)分别为96.35%和97.12%。 结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于含酸枣仁保健食品中以上两种成分的含量测定和产品质量控制。
