目的准确掌握本市临床用机采血小板的整体水平和变化特点,有效判断未来一段时间的增长趋势,有效应对供需矛盾,为机采血小板队伍招募及保障输血安全性提供科学数据。方法对石家庄市2004～2011年度的临床用机采血小板状况进行回顾性分析。结果2004～2011年石家庄临床供机采血小板呈逐年升高趋势,2011年临床供机采血小板量比2004年增加了10350U,发展速度为356.3%。8年间临床供机采血小板量的平均增长速度为19.9%,预测2012年本中心的年供机采血小板量可达个17252U,巨大的扩张强度势必给省会临床供血带来前所未有的压力。
Objective To accurately grasp the overall level and characteristics of clinical platelet-collecting in this city, to effectively determine the trend of increase in the future, to effectively cope with the contradiction between supply and demand, and to provide scientific data for the recruitment of machine-made platelets and the safety of blood transfusion. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical platelet collecting situation in Shijiazhuang from 2004 to 2011 was conducted. Results From 2004 to 2011, clinical platelets for clinical use in Shijiazhuang were increasing year by year. In 2011, the amount of clinical platelets for clinical application increased by 10350 U compared with that in 2004, with a development rate of 356.3%. In the past 8 years, the average growth rate of clinical platelet-collecting blood cells was 19.9%. It is predicted that the annual platelet-collecting plate quantity will reach 17252U in 2012. The huge expansion intensity is bound to exert unprecedented pressure on the provincial clinical blood supply.
