Subcellular and quantitative proteomics was used to screen for potential drug targets in cancer cells.Differentially expressed proteins identified from the proteomic comparisons were systematically analyzed and categorized by IPA (Ingenuity Pathway(R) Analysis),implicating pathways involved and potential target molecules for further validation.
