大学生终身体育意识培养路径探析

培养大学生的终身体育意识有利于促进大学生的健康成长与毕业后的职业发展;培养大学生的终身体育意识,同时也是普通高校体育课程教学指导纲要的题中之义与当前高校体育教育改革与发展的要求,更有利于我国人才强国战略的大力实施。为将大学生终身体育意识培养工作落到实处,文章从更新体育教学理念、整合教学内容、采用分层教学模式、灵活运用多种教学方法等五个方面探析了对策路径。 To cultivate college students’ sense of lifelong physical education is conducive to promoting the healthy growth of college students and their career development after graduation; to cultivate the lifelong physical education awareness of college students and meanwhile its meaning in the teaching outline of PE curriculums in colleges and universities and the current reform and development of physical education in colleges and universities Requirements, but also more conducive to the implementation of China’s strategy of building a strong nation. In order to carry out the cultivation of lifelong physical education for college students practically, this paper analyzes the countermeasure path from five aspects: updating physical education teaching concept, integrating teaching contents, adopting hierarchical teaching mode and using various teaching methods flexibly.
