　　To characterize the mass size distributions of water-soluble inorganic associated with urban particulate matter (PM),the PM samples were collected by a 10-stage Micro-Orifice Uniform Deposit Impactor (MOUDI) from nearby traffic in the urban area in Seoul from Dec.2007 to Nov.2008.PM samples to induce cytotoxic and inflammatory responses in vitro test were collected by mini-volume air sampler with PM10 and PM2.5 inlet.The PM size distributions were bi-modal,peaking at 0.18-0.32 and 1.8-3.2 mm.
