In this paper,we constructed the estimation model of stock and flow of four major electrical and electronic equipments in China and evaluated users different consumption behavior on CO2 emission and waste generation.Since we focused on the dominant effects of consumers decisions on consumption and disposition on energy efficiency and flow of energy using equipments,we explored the effects of consumers preferences on used,long-lived and energy efficient products,respectively,as well as those of social changes by sensitivity analyses.We also elicited the four patterns of packaged consumers preferences from the questionnaire survey in Shanghai,Zhejiang and Jiangsu,which included "BAU" "Frequent Upgrade" "Eco-Technology" and "Chain of Users".
