　　Use of the nitrofuran antibiotics in food-producing animals was prohibited in Korea as well as EU.Determination of nitrofurans has focused on detection of the nitrofuran metabolites having protein-bound which stable and persist in animal tissues.The conventional detection methods for nitrofuran metabolites in Korea Food Code and EU regulation were time consuming because of 16 hr derivatization method at 37℃.
