Considering the dependence of shape memory effect on temperature and the simplification of current model,this work aims to predict the shape memory performance and characteristics of polyurethane in three points bending deformation.Both a modified viscoelastic model consisting of two Maxwell units and a single spring in parallel,and the WLF equation are involved.Such variables as recovery stress,recovery rate,recovery ratio ( Rr ) and fixed ratio ( Rf ) are adopted to describe shape memory properties in respond to temperature.Besides,the shape memory effect is explained from the aspects of macromolecular structures and rheology.
