　　In order to describe the stochasticity in road network performance under the influence of an incident,the route travel time reliability was defined as the probability that the mean route travel time during incident is smaller than the acceptable congestion travel time by travelers,and derived the travel time reliability of the network.Incident duration was assumed to be a random variable with normal distribution,and was discretized into several equal sub-packets.

电动自行车风险骑行行为研究综述

为清晰认识电动自行车骑行者的风险骑行行为，分析其骑行特性，从电动自行车的交通事故特征和致因、骑行者的交通行为特性以及交通事故预防和干预等3 个方面，综述了国内外电动自行车风险骑行行为方面的研究成果。分析结果表明：电动自行车交通事故率高、伤亡率大，且90％以上的交通事故都是因为骑行者风险骑行行为造成的；非法占用机动车道、超速骑行、闯红灯、非法载人和逆向行等风险骑行行为在电动自行车交通事故中所占的比重

高速公路ETC客户细分方法研究

应用大数据技术，提出一种基于车辆通行特征的ETC 客户细分方法。构建了ETC 客户细分指标体系并利用ETC 收费数据提取了最近消费间隔、年通行频次和年消费金额等细分指标；为克服大数据聚类的失效问题，结合CLARA 算法完成了ETC 客户全样本数据聚类分析；建立了ETC 客户细分决策树并提取出细分规则，最终实现了ETC 客户星级评定。

基于因子分析的电动自行车风险驾驶行为研究

为了研究电动自行车风险驾驶行为，本文编制了符合我国国情的电动自行车风险驾驶行为量表，包含风险感知、驾驶信心、安全态度、风险驾驶行为、事故经历、基本信息6个部分。然后采用跟踪调查和随机抽样调查两种方式对电动自行车驾驶者进行问卷调查，共获取有效问卷573 份。并对调查结果利用因子分析法提取共同因子，基于因子得分判断基本信息变量(人口统计学信息、社会经济状况、驾驶背景)在不同因子上的差异。
