Studies on the Textures of Tungsten Coatings Electrodeposited from Na2 WO4 -WO3 -ZnO Molten Salts

By means of preferred grain orientations,studies on the texture of both cold - rolled molybdenum sheet and tungsten coatings on molybdenum substrates from Na2WO4-WO3-ZnO molten salts were carried out by the aid of incomplete (2 2 2) pole figures.The morphology of tungsten coating is presented by SEM and metallurgical observation.The reason for the morphology formation is explained by the surface energy difference between different low index planes.
