　　Recent studies have found that umbilical cord blood has not been good used yet as a rich source of blood, rich in a variety of immune cells and stem cells and easily isolated.Human umbilical cord blood (UCB) was obtained from volunteer mothers at our hospital.UCB mononuclear cells were prepared by centrifugation over Ficoll-paque.The cells were cocultured on a layer of stromal cells precultured overnight.
