[目的]探索全程化督导护理模式在鼻咽癌放疗患者的应用方法及效果，为有效利用医疗资源，预防或减轻放疗副反应，保证放疗计划顺利完成，为促进专科护理发展提供参考。[方法]2014年全年，本科收治鼻咽癌放疗患者460例，采用全程化督导护理模式进行管理。即患者入院到出院按照标准化、规范化的鼻咽癌放疗临床路径实施治疗和护理，发放图文并茂的"临床路径患者篇"资料、《鼻咽癌放疗健康知识手册》让患者主动参与康复计划，放疗中采用"自制漱口液"防护放射性口腔炎，教会并督促患者进行"鼻咽冲洗"、"引导式张口功能训练操"等预防放疗副反应，同时做好患者全程心理疏导，出院时发放"引导式张口功能训练操训练视频"，提供出院随访等延续性护理措施进行跟踪管理和全程督导。
