Neutralizing antibodies are essential components of vaccine-induced protective immune responses as well as immunotherapeutics.Such antibodies, particularly against enveloped viruses that include HIV-1 and Ebola recognize complex epitopes that often involve glycans.High-resolution structural information is therefore critical for understanding the key molecular interactions between antibodies and viral antigens.
