Objectives: To evaluate the incidence of parametrial involvement (PMI) in patients with microscopically diagnosed IB 1 cervical cancer after loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) and to identify a low risk group for PMI using preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) before radical hysterectomy.
