目的:探讨超声造影(CEUS)评价肝癌经皮射频消融(RFA)阻断肿瘤血供的效果以及对指导RFA治疗的应用价值.方法:经超声引导下穿刺活检后病理证实的71例75灶富血供肝癌因不宜行动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)或TACE疗效不佳拟行RFA治疗纳入本研究.患者分为A、B两组;超声造影组38例39灶为超声造影组,肿瘤平均大小4.4± 1.2cm(范围3.2 ~7.1cm),根据CEUS确认肿瘤荷瘤血管及浸润范
