These years,we have devoted to a reasonable local delivery stretagy of anticancer nanomedcine via functionalizing self-supported injectable hydrogel of nanoparticles,which has the series of characters(Figure 1),including non-invasively depositing large amount of nanomedcine and sustainedly releasing nanomedcine into tumor,subsequently enhancing penetration and internalization,finally realizing intracellular drug release.
