为探讨组织多肽特异性抗原 (TPS)在肝癌的表达及其血清水平与癌细胞增殖活性的关系 ,选择 96例肝癌手术病人 ,ELISA法测定术前血清TPS水平 ,术后肝癌组织切片做角蛋白 18(CYK18)、增殖细胞核抗原 (PC NA)的免疫组化 (IHC SABC)染色 ,并比较血清TPS水平与PCNA阳性的关系。结果见所有肝癌组织切片CYK18、PCNA染色均为阳性 ,其中PCNA染色 +6 0例 (6 2 5 % ) , 2 5例 (2 6 0 % ) , 8例 (8 3% ) , 3例 (3 1% ) ;各组中位TPS血清水平随PCNA染色阳性强度的增加而增高 (P <0 0 1)。表明肝癌细胞膜上高度表达CYK18,血清TPS水平能反映肝癌细胞的分裂增殖活性
To investigate the relationship between the expression of tissue polypeptide-specific antigen (TPS) in liver cancer and the relationship between its serum level and the proliferation activity of cancer cells, 96 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were selected and preoperative serum TPS levels were measured by ELISA. The postoperative liver cancer tissue sections were made of keratin. 18 (CYK18), proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PC NA) immunohistochemistry (IHC SABC) staining, and the relationship between serum TPS levels and PCNA positivity. The results showed that all liver cancer tissue sections were positive for CYK18 and PCNA staining, with PCNA staining + 60 cases (62.5%), 25 cases (26.0 %), 8 cases (83%), and 3 cases (3 cases). 1%); Median TPS levels in each group increased with the increase in the positive intensity of PCNA staining (P < 0 01). It indicates that CYK18 is highly expressed on the membrane of hepatoma cells. Serum TPS levels can reflect the proliferation and proliferation activity of hepatoma cells.
