In recent years, the innovation and development of the vocational education in Taicang has been approved by more and more people.Mainly with the base on the German "dual system" vocational education mode, Taicang vocational education takes the local economic development into account, and then forms the "Taicang pattern" of talents training, which is characterized by the localization of the "dual system".This article summarizes the experiences of the "Taicang pattern" from four aspects, moreover provides indicated directions for the future development of Taicang vocational education, and hopes to offer you useful reference.
