New rural construction, which is the basic approach to solve "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" problem, also is the best means to solve the problem.The city of Langfang where pregnant with a broad development space is located in the planning of big Beijing economy encircles hinterland.New rural construction has been a breakthrough and the result is beyond doubt in Langfang.However, the new rural construction has encountered great difficult that is still inadequate.So there are many problems to be solved.The local government should play place advantage, with the view of scientific and development to examine and solve problems, adhere to a construction road that is "new farmers, developed agriculture, harmonious rural area".
