低成本大尺寸镁基复合材料的制备技术

  采用超声波辅助搅拌铸造的方法,成功制备了碳化硅质量分数为20%的大尺寸镁基复合材料,铸锭的质量大约为21千克.与基体合金相比,复合材料的力学性能得到了明显提升.在复合材料的不同位置,碳化硅颗粒均匀分布,各部位的含量相同.但是,从微观结构上来看,颗粒沿着晶界呈项链状分布.在热挤压过程中,尽管部分碳化硅颗粒结构受损,但是显著改善了碳化硅颗粒在复合材料内的分布,同时进一步提高了材料的力学性能.T6处理材料中的第二相呈片状弥散分布,从而明显提高铸态以及挤压态材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度以及弹性模量.
