The chemical nickel-plating on the surface of the barium zirconate-based piezoelectric ceramic was studied which can replace the traditional technology of the silver-gilt.The effects of pH value of the solution,the mail salt concentration,the reducing agent concentration,complex agent,inorganic additives,and stirring way and rate were systemically investigated.The influences of the sedimentation rate and the coatings quality were also discussed.In addition,the property,microcosmic appearance and structure were analyzed.
