The exploration of safe and effective fluoride-free anti-caries materials has become an important field in the study of caries prevention.Ideal anti-caries material should possess such functions as antibacterial,re-mineralization and biocompatibility [1].In this study, novel IgY molecule loaded calcium phosphate (CaP) and lanthanum (La) doped CaP materials were designed as fluoride-free anti-caries materials. The CaP and La-Cap materials which were prepared with an amphiphilic polymer PLA-mPEG template were chosen as main constituents for IgY loading and release. Both the Cap and La-CaP materials exhibited nanospherical structures.
