Generally,the high quality and reliable epitaxial growth of stoichiometric manganese oxides,which are closely related to the transport and magnetic properties of manganese oxides,has been accomplished by precisely controlling the O2 flux and substrate temperature to avoid unexpected state of Mn valence.
