  Recently perovskite structured materials has attracted intensive attention for solar cells application.This communication reports on two type solar cells based on CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite materials along with carbon as collective electrode,that are a depleted heterojunction device showing 5.7%power conversion efficiency vs.a conventional sandwich structured device using spiro-OMeTAD as hole transport material with 10.2%efficiency.
