目的 了解我院金黄色葡萄球菌感染的分布与耐药情况，为控制医院感染和指导临床合理用药提供依据.方法 收集我院2014年1-12月所有标本中分离的金黄色葡萄球菌，分析金黄色葡萄球菌感染的标本来源、科室分布及耐药情况.用西门子公司WalkAway-40型细菌鉴定仪鉴定细菌及药敏试验，用WHONE5.5软件进行数据统计分析.结果 170株金黄色葡萄球菌检出耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA) 49株占28.82％，对甲氧西林敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA) 121株占71.18％.金黄色葡萄球菌在感染性标本中的分布以分泌物/脓的比例最高为52.94％，其次是痰液为38.82％.而科室分布以骨科最多占31.76％，其次是ICU占14.12％，儿科和新生儿科紧随其后，分别占13.53％、11.76％.MRSA对抗菌药物的耐药率均高于MSSA对青霉素、苯唑西林、头孢曲松的耐药率均为100％，而MSSA除对青霉素、红霉素、克林霉素的耐药率较高(96.69％、65.29％、50.41％)外，对其他抗菌药物的耐药率均＜25％，金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素的敏感率为100％.结论 金黄色葡萄球菌在我院主要引起伤口化脓性感染，在骨科的伤口分泌物中检出最多，其次是呼吸道感染，这在免疫力低下的新生儿、ICU病人中多见.MRSA首选药物为万古霉素、利奈唑胺、喹努普汀/达福普汀.MSSA除了青霉素、红霉素和克林霉素呈高度耐药不能选用外，其它抗菌药物均可选用.
