　　Purpose We investigated the role of bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)in the development of myopia and dopamine mechanism to block myopia whether via BMP-2.Methods Two groups of guinea pigs(lens-induced myopia and recovery from the myopia)were used to develop defocused myopia by wearing-4.00 D lenses on the right eyes for 3 weeks,while the left eyes served as the contralateral.

目的 外泌体是一种通过质膜内部囊泡融合后分泌到细胞外环境的纳米级囊泡，其所含有的分子物质反映了其释放细胞的特性。研究发现多种不同细胞均可以释放外泌体至细胞外环境，例如造血细胞及肿瘤细胞等。视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞作为眼底病变重要的靶细胞之一，是否能分泌外泌体并通过其进行细胞间信息传递目前仍未有报道。
