水轮发电机组的故障诊断是状态检修实现的前提,机组振动的故障诊断在水轮发电机组的状态检修中举足轻重。本文使用面向对象技术构造了水电站知识库,根据该知识库分析实现了机组故障诊断系统规则和模型推理的数据结构,并根据构造出来的推理数据结构以及知识库对机组振动进行了故障诊断模拟。
Fault diagnosis of hydro-generator set is the prerequisite of condition maintenance. Fault diagnosis of generator set plays an important role in the condition maintenance of hydro-generator set. In this paper, object-oriented technology is used to construct a hydropower station knowledge base. Based on the knowledge base, the data structure of the fault diagnosis system rules and model reasoning is realized. The fault diagnosis and simulation of the unit vibration is carried out based on the constructed inference data structure and knowledge base.
