目的分析胃肠肿瘤手术后切口感染的病原菌分布情况与耐药情况,并探讨选取抗菌素进行预防胃肠肿瘤手术后切口感染的应用效果。方法采取回顾性方法对江苏省无锡市第二人民医院2010年1月至2011年12月200例胃肠肿瘤手术患者的临床资料进行分析,探讨术后切口感染的病原菌分布情况与耐药情况,并分析应用抗生素的临床效果。结果本组的200例胃肠肿瘤手术患者共有17例感染,感染率为8.5%。感染部位主要为浅切口感染、深部切口感染和腔隙感染以及器官感染。多数的感染病原菌对亚胺培南和万古霉素的耐药性较低,具有较高的敏感性,达到了100.0%。结论在临床治疗中加强病原菌的监测能够有效的指导临床中合理的选取抗菌素,从而有效的预防切口感染的情况发生,提高手术治疗的效果。
Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in incisional wounds after gastrointestinal cancer surgery and to explore the application effect of selecting antibiotics for prevention of wound infection after gastrointestinal tumor surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 cases of gastrointestinal cancer surgery in the Second People’s Hospital of Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province from January 2010 to December 2011 analyzed the clinical data to investigate the distribution of incisional wound infection and drug resistance, And analyze the clinical effect of antibiotics. Results A total of 200 patients with gastrointestinal cancer surgery in this group a total of 17 cases of infection, the infection rate was 8.5%. Infection site mainly for shallow incision infection, deep incision infection and lacunar infection and organ infection. Most of the infected pathogens were less resistant to imipenem and vancomycin, with a higher sensitivity of 100.0%. Conclusion To strengthen the monitoring of pathogens in clinical treatment can effectively guide the rational selection of antibiotics in clinical practice, so as to effectively prevent incision infection and improve the effect of surgical treatment.
