目的:探讨雌激素受体(ER)联合孕激素受体(PR)对腋淋巴结阴性(NL)乳腺癌患者预后的影响.
方法:对我院手术治疗的128例NL乳腺癌患者，均用免疫组化法检测标本的ER和PR状况，并随访.
结果:128例NL乳腺癌随访126例，占98.4％，随访时间90～174个月，平均110.9月.全组发现有转移复发者24例，其中ER(+)及PR(+)组(A组)复发率为17.6％(12/68)；ER(+)及PR(–)组(B组)复发率为13.0％(3/23)；ER(–)及PR(–)组(C组)复发率为24.3％(9/37)三组间差异无显著性意义.五年生存率分别为94.0％(63/67)、95.7％(22/23)和86.1％(31/36)；十年生存率A、B、C组分别为77.8％(21/27)、80.0％(4/5)和66.7％(39/53)，三组间差异无显著性意义.对此，主要可能与病例数较少有关.
结论:NL乳腺癌的ER和PR分别都是影响预后的重要因素，本文联合检测二者，发现ER(–)、PR(–)组复发率高于ER(+)、PR(+)组，五年和十年生存率也低于ER(+)、PR(+)组，提示，ER(–)、PR(–)组预后较ER(+)、PR(+)组为差，对此类患者特别应积极施行包括化疗在内的辅助治疗以提高疗效.
