Dyes are widely used in the synthesis,printing,textile,pulp mill,food and cosmetic industries.Because they are not easily biodegradable and have a toxic,carcinogenic,or mutagenic influence on human beings,they must be removed from wastewater before being discharged.Graphen oxide and graphemehave been used for the removal of fluoride ions [1],heavy metals [2] and dyes [3] from aqueous solutions and shown exceptional adsorption properties due to their high adsorption capacities and removal efficiency.In this studies,macroscopic graphene ribbons were prepared by a wet-spinning method and their methylene blue adsorption properties were studied through investigating the influencing parameters such as pH,contact time and temperature.
