目的 探讨No.8p 组淋巴结清扫对进展期胃癌不同淋巴结转移总数患者预后的影响.方法 收集2003 年7 月-2013 年4 月胃癌根治术患者共1158 例，按是否行No.8p 组淋巴结清扫分为仅行No.8a 清扫组(343 例)与行No.8a+8p 清扫组(815 例)，分析No.8p 组淋巴结清扫对不同淋巴结转移总数患者预后的影响.

目的 通过与胃癌腹腔镜全胃切除(LTG)辅助切口食管-空肠吻合对比,研究胃癌LTG 经OrVilTM 系统腔内食管-空肠吻合的可行性和安全性。方法 收集2010 年至2016 年在南方医院普通外科行LTG 的414 例连续胃腺癌患者,其中371 例通过辅助切口食管-空肠吻合,43 例通过OrVilTM 系统行腔内食管-空肠吻合。
