“Ω”形动脉游离路径在胃癌根治术胰腺上区清扫中的应用
目的 根据对胃“膜与层”的局部解剖学理解阐释“Ω”形动脉游离路径在胃癌根治术胰腺上区清扫中的应用。方法 对我科室2017 年4 月至2017 年10 月间连续72 例接受D2 根治术的胃中下部癌患者采用了“Ω”形动脉游离路径进行胰腺上区的淋巴结清扫，对术中手术影像进行记录、分析，并记录观察病人的手术时间，术中出血量，收获淋巴结数量，术后肠蠕动恢复时间，术后排气时间，术后并发症等临床资料。

目的 探讨No.8p 组淋巴结清扫对进展期胃癌不同淋巴结转移总数患者预后的影响.方法 收集2003 年7 月-2013 年4 月胃癌根治术患者共1158 例，按是否行No.8p 组淋巴结清扫分为仅行No.8a 清扫组(343 例)与行No.8a+8p 清扫组(815 例)，分析No.8p 组淋巴结清扫对不同淋巴结转移总数患者预后的影响.
