ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITIES OF ORIENTAL BLUEBERRY LEAVES EXTRACT

　　The antioxidant activity of oriental blueberry (Vaccinium Bracteatum Thunb.) leaves (OBL) extract and the effect of the solvent on the antioxidant activity of the extract were evaluated,comparing with those of the black rice,black corn,and black wheat.The antioxidant activity of the OBL extract was the strongest among the materials tested.Moreover,the antioxidant activity of the OBL extract was also influenced by the solvents (water,60 % methanol,and 60 % ethanol).
