：

目的：探讨CT引导下胸交感神经化学阻断术治疗手多汗症的临床疗效。方法：纳入26例手多汗症患者(男9例，女17例)，参照多汗症量表评估其出汗严重程度。在CT引导下行胸交感神经化学阻断术，观察患者手术前后出汗评分、起效时间、并发症等指标。结果：本组患者胸交感神经阻术后，手出汗明显减少，效果持久，其并发症轻微且多为一过性。结论：CT引导下胸交感神经化学阻断术是治疗手多汗症安全、有效且实用的方法。
