　　Objective To determine whether or not a single serum human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) measurement 10 days after oocyte retrieval could reliably diagnose and predict pregnancy after IVF treatment, and whether estradiol (E2) and/or progesterone (P) measurement on the same day could improve the diagnostic efficiency.
