　　For the safety and reliable operation of power transmission system based on VSC-HVDC,it requires the DC circuit breaker to cut the fault line quickly.However,the existing circuit breakers’ capacity is still limited by some reasons and cannot satisfy the application requirements.The use of fault current limiter (FCL) is helpful to reduce the fault current.Then,it is necessary to study the compatible operation between the DC breaker and FCL.
