本文总结了3月以下婴儿无乳链球菌感染的临床表现、耐药性分析、抗生素治疗及预后的特点.研究发现使用万古霉素及利奈唑胺等抗生素并未增加益处;预后方面无乳链球菌脑膜炎的预后均较好，无死亡及严重后遗症病例。
