Pancreatic cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer death in USA, and among all the cancers, it has the highest metastasis rate, a 5-year survival is less than 5％.Here we report a novel polysaccharide RN1 purified from the flower of Panaxnotoginseng which shows anticancer effects using in vitro and in vivo pancreatic cancer models.
